Striving to create original pieces, I decided to put a bouquet in a lamp. This flowers and stems in this piece have been treated to resist tarnish, which I expect will create a wonderful image when the rest of the lamp turns to green patina |

The flower lamp is quite special. I have never seen anything like it. Of course, that was my goal. This lamp was made to hang on an outside wall, typically a porch. The flowers have fiber optic cables that illuminate the center of the flower for a very special effect. The entire bouquet is lit from hidden bulbs at the top and bottom, creating three light sources. |

The top and bottom of this lamp open to easily change bulbs. Illuminated floral bouquet, with sparkling flowers. I also have made a post lamp very similar to this design, and hope someday to make a weathervane of a bouquet in a basket. |
